Solutions

YAMATO has long excelled at innovating the automotive supply chain. One of the most challenging logistic operations in the world, YAMATO is helping to align automotive parts and supplies to customer demand. Our clients include some of the biggest car companies and automotive parts suppliers on the planet.

The USA auto industry has experienced significant growth since the 2008-2009 economic downturn. Sales increased from 10 million cars in 2009 to 15.6 million in 2013, causing supply shortages across the supply chain. YAMATO has a global view of the automotive supply chain and understanding of its complexity. YAMATO can identify any weaknesses in the supply chain, knowing each critical path and lead time for every product.

Knowing the complete supply chain map is key to YAMATO’s success. Ask us how to find new opportunities and prepare for unexpected situations.
